Get ready to rev your engines and pop off the T-Tops! The National Corvette Museum is excited to announce Generation Radio as the headlining act for the closing concert of our 30th Anniversary Celebration on August 31. This all-star band, featuring members from Rascal Flatts, Chicago, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, promises an unforgettable night of rock ‘n’ roll.

“National Corvette Museum leadership and our Board of Directors wanted to make an impact with the Corvette community and our local community, and our closing concert will hopefully be the perfect end to our 30th Anniversary Celebration,” shared Bryce Burklow, National Corvette Museum Interim Chief Operating Officer. “Generation Radio’s timeless songs will bring both communities together and create memories that last a lifetime.”

Circus Square Park in downtown Bowling Green, KY, will host the concert which caps off the National Corvette Museum’s 30th Anniversary. The venue opens at 5:30 pm CT, followed by the opening act taking the stage at 6:30 pm CT, and Generation Radio performing at 8:30 pm CT. This free event is open to all National Corvette Caravan and Anniversary attendees, along with the community. Guests are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs as no seating will be provided, and to visit the Downtown Bowling Green Parking Guide for more information on parking options. Food trucks will be available throughout the venue as well.

Built by some of music’s biggest legends, Generation Radio comes together on a mission to bring 80’s rock and classic music back to life. Two-time Grammy Award-winning writer and producer Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts joins Jason Scheff, long-time lead vocalist and bass player for the multi-platinum band Chicago, alongside Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers’ Steve Ferrone and elite studio musicians and singers Chris Rodriguez and Tom Yankton. The unparalleled musicianship of Generation Radio delivers fresh rock ‘n’ roll as a tribute to the music that made them.
